Sorry guys, this is a dupe, I didnt realize it was an idle time setting and not a delay setting..., I set idle time way too high.

Realtimesync in background on mac
Hello everyone,
I have an osX office server that I would like to run realtimesync to backup files to a NAS. It works fine when I am logged into the desktop, but when I return to the login window, even the the account is still logged in, realtimesync no longer runs in the background.
Any ideas?
