I can confirm that after updating to the fixed version the problem is gone! :-)

I have the same problem. I tried to backup some files from my old Windows Mobile 10 phone by the way.

Problems started with version 9.7.

Log tells me:

"Cannot read file "mtp:\xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx\Phone\Documents\xxxxxxx\xxxxxxxxx.m4a".

Error calling "IStream::Read".
HRESULT: 0x80004003, Invalid ...
