FWIW, ID 3466418 looks to be a difference from 4.5 to 4.6. I experienced this
from 4.6 to 5.0.
This is not a big deal, just letting you know.

External apps lost after upgrade to 5.0
After upgrading from 4.6 to 5.0, my list of external applications in
Advanced/Global settings was cleared. I had made additions to this list, and
both my additions and the default two entries are all gone, the list is empty
after upgrade.

Thanks for a great program. I think the new layout in V5 is excellent.
A couple of minor suggestions:
1) Allow me to turn off the "name" column on the right hand side. There is no
need to show it on both sides, and I would prefer to not waste space with it.

I have a large folder tree of source code, that I want to synchronize
excluding all the debug and release folders. Is there any way to specify this
in the filter dialog?
For example, I want to exclude:
Dir1\debug
Dir1\release
Dir2\SubDir3\debug
