Yes exactly this is what I need too.

I want to be able to use this software (if it's capable) to archive older files and folders that haven't been accessed since a certain date (say 3 months) to an archive location while leaving any files and folders alone that have been accessed within that time frame.

Because of my backup disk is full, I need to compare 2 directories and copy differences in a 3rd directory. Is there a way to do that.
