When selecting copy ACL in Option:
1) even the file/folder has the access right for the current user, there still has an error (this should not be, no?):
Cannot read permissions of "...".
Cannot set privilege "SeSecurityPrivilege".
Error Code 740: The requested operation requires elevation ...
