Agree also that this is clear problem in most company cases that they are unable to use donation.
Also got not any answers on licensing problems afterward, so be careful.

We also ended to difficulties with this situation. We have used portable version on computer folder and now when we have changed our computers, we have run out of donated instances because it seems that our old computers, which are not used anymore, are also still counted.
