I'm having the same problem. I'm copying files from a Window 7 laptop to a CIF on a FreeNAS NAS. Copying about 200GB of data I'm getting about 100KB/sec!!! Sometimes less, like now where it's copying at 50KB/sec. If I copy a large file to the same location on the NAS I'm getting about 25 MB/sec so ...
