The LastSyncLog is no longer updated after installing Version 10.8

I currently run V10.8 donation edition on 64bit Windows 10. I do a scheduled backup every early morning. Each backup normally updates the LastSync log file. The log file was last updated on morning of January 19th, 2019. No updates have taken place since then even though the individual log files ...
