Source: PC running Win7 SP1, internal hard drive
Destination: Synology NAS using FTP

Sync:
Comparison: File time and size, ignore errors
Filter: include *, exclude standard stuff (thumbs.db, .ini etc), time span: Last x days - 8 ...
