Ah ok. That makes sense, actually, as otherwise one would potentially be turning off important errors for all time.
It is annoying though to get the warning about a non existent target every time, especially where I'm tweaking the filters and rerunning the compare several times. Perhaps a separate ...

BUG: Using copy on mac inside filters CLEARS the filters
Using copy (Command C) on mac inside the filters dialogbox CLEARS ALL the filters, as it seems to trigger the "clear" button. This means I can't copy and paste filter lines in the exclude section of my project. Very annoying. Suggest choosing a different shortcut key for the "clear" button.
