had a few mins this am, and got it working - I had to select the 'Run minimized' and 'Auto-close' checkboxes for the Progress dialog, and the 'Ignore errors' checkbox, in the Save as a Batch file dialog. Not sure how they became "unchecked". oh well.
Curious - for those of you that run as a windows ...

hey folks - so we have had realtime sync working for a number of years (FreefileSync& RealTimeSync v10.23), to archive a documents directory tree over to another drive. we run it as a scheduled task for a specific user (David) at logon. The task is configured as

I checked the specific rights of the principal (Administrators group) on a folder in Programs (x86) desired for syn.
