Update: that was it! officially feeling dumb now but appreciate you helping out :-) Will now google for a way to disable uac for this app so I can backup silently

I am running Windows 7 X64 and FreeFileSync 6.2. Freefilesync works great except it alwas fails on outlook.pst, even when I closed outlook as outlook is notorious for staying open in the background. I thought shadow copy would solve it but it doesn't for me obviously. Searched and I found some users ...
