I believe I am having the same issue. I have a password-protected file on a USB drive that I want to sync to a file on my C: drive of my PC.. When I try to browse for the file in the USB Drive, FreeFileSync (FFS) can't "see" it, yet when I search using Windows Explorer, it is there. I even changed ...

Seems like it will only open a folder. So I put file in a folder and was then able to place into FFS to sync.

Not sure why that is necessary but that did work

FreeFileSync can't find my folder to sync.

I can find it under file explorer (windows 10 Pro) but when I search for it using the browser button in FreeFileSync it can't find it.

The file is password protected, but the folder should be able to be found.

Any thoughts?
