The PC, where FreeFileSync is installed has the external Internet access blocked. Which address do I have to unblock in order to use the E-Mail notification?

Not specifically what you describe, but where you define Versioning settings, you can also select to limit file versions in several ways, at least one of which may very well suit your needs.

Is it possible to delelte the oldest folder if the drive is full, thought?

When Syncing, you can set Deleted files to use, Versioning, & point the versioned files to be stored on Disk 2. therube, 13 Nov 2020, 18:16
