I had a similar issue where i have three pc's running manjaro and freefilesync runs ok on one pc. On the other two FFS would lock up comparing around the 50,000 file mark. The two pc's that lock have wine installed, so I excluded */.wine/ in the FFS filter and re-ran just fine on the two pc's. Hope ...
