I solve the same problem in Windows, is any way to exclude system/hidden files/folders?

I would like to exclude folder /temp/*.* from backup, but I still get the error message:
Cannot read file "U:\premier\temp\USERX023\QIZAKAZKA.CDX".

My setting (exclude):
U:\premier\temp
U:\premier\temp\*.*
U:\premier\temp\*

Where is problem, how set exclusion?
