I changed GlobalSettings.xml to have <RunWithBackgroundPriority Enabled=true>. However, on both XP and Win2003, FFS 6.5 is putting this error message in the log: Cannot change process I/O priorities. Error code 87: The parameter is incorrect. (SetPriorityClass)
