The synchronization speed of freefilesync via sftp is very slow, which is around 14MB. But the speed of using ftp can reach the peak of the gigabit network card. Could you please optimize this issue?

FTP synchronization cannot synchronize the time of files, but SFTP can. But my device is an ARM CPU (Raspberry Pi 4B), and the synchronization speed is relatively slow using SFTP.
Moreover, the peak speed of the gigabit network card can be reached with FTP.
