I've been using FreeFileSync for a number of years in Win10 to sync my outlook pst file from it's user drive to a backup drive with a batch file running every 10 minutes. Never had any problems. The same with syncing data from the files being used to a backup drive, again with a batch file running every 10 minutes and never any problems.
Due to a computer failure and the need to purchase a new PC, I now run Win11. I have created the batch files in exactly the same way, syncing the files being used to a backup drive, but I now get error messages saying batch run failed and exit code 2.
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong, or is there problems running FreeFileSync in Win11 ?

Exit code 2 means FFS ended with errors.
Check the FFS log-file for which error(s) occurred.

I've copied below the log-file. It looks as though outlook being open is creating the error, but I had no issue with outlook being open in win10 ?

You will probably need to enable "Copy locked files" in the settings and run as administrator
Why are you syncing your pagefile to an external drive? Use the filter settings to exclude that
