I am using a linux version of FreeFileSync Donation Edition. I only use it on one machine. However, it seems that the number of installed devices were adding up and by now it becomes maximum, 10 devices all under the SAME NAME.
Now I can't use the software presumably I've already got up to the maximum. I can't manually remove the devices because because of constraint on the date that it is stated "The device cannot be removed before MONTH XXth, 2025."
How do I solve this? It seems that the FreeFileSync server has misconstrued my device by to be of many different devices, may be after rebooting or something.
As of now, I can no longer run FreeFileSynce because it fails to activate.
If I recall correctly if you go to the website for downloading the donation Edition for you there should be a button that lets you see a list of your machines and you can delete them.
Thanks. Yeah. I realized that the machine was configured with spoofed MAC. I fixed the MAC address to the last usable address and was able to get it run again.

There's a constraint on the date of which the device could be removed. Once a device is added, it will only be able to be remove after certain days.
Anyway, got it fixed already by manually fixing my MAC to the last usable one.

Cool. I didn't realize this was a daily occurrence and that the machines can't be deleted quickly enough from the internet.
