I have files in a cloud provider called "Internxt" and "Onedrive" which operate in similar ways
If files in Internxt or OneDrive are all online (with cloud sign only), how do I update files from a network drive to Internxt or OneDrive?
Case 1, Backup from Internxt or Onedrive to a network drive/local drive
1. FreeFileSync only "Update" files that change (size or date modified) or do not exist in destination folder by matching file time and size.
2. The file in Internxt or OneDrive are showing all online and not in the local drive, therefore, FreeFileSync can not do the update on destination(network drive/local drive) as the files are online.
3. FreeSyncFile is unable to fetch online available files that supposed to be copied. Therefore FreeFileSync unable to update the network drive/local drive
Is there anyway I can do this on the FreeFileSync settings?
How to Back-Up from cloud-only files to a network drive?

I know of two programs one of which might help you.
Air Explorer. Copies cloud to cloud but don't know if it supports interrnxt.
Air live drive. Mount Cloud drives.
