Hi,
I have a question regarding the RealTimeSync option.
Is it possible to synchronize the folder on SFTp server and local folder on my laptop using this RTS option, or it`s just for synchronizing local folders on PC or laptop?

From the RealTimeSync (RTS) Manual page:
"RealTimeSync will register to receive change notifications directly from the operating system in order to avoid the overhead of repeatedly polling for changes."
Normally, (S)FTP servers do not have the capability of sending change notifications (e.g. to RTS).
- If your changes originate on your laptop or PC, and you would like those changes to be synced to your SFTP location, you can use RTS. You should let RTS then only monitor your local folder, and not your SFTP location.
- If your changes originate on your SFTP location, you can likely not use RTS.
- If your changes originate on either side, you can likely not use RTS.
In the last two cases you may consider to run FreeFileSync as a scheduled task, rather than have it launched by RTS.
