Sorry people, but I really don't get it.
I selected the folder I want to backup from first
Then I selected the folder I want to backup to next
Then I need some command line? And the tutorial is about batch files, which I have no clue how to get or use that.
So could someone please help me with what I need to do, what I need ti fill in, and/or what I need in addition to do the next thing:
I want my D:\Folder to be synct real time (mirror backup) to my external drive E:\Folder
So I want E Folder to be an exact copy of my D Folder. If something changes or is added at D it should be at E to, but if I remove something from D it must be removed from E as well.
How do I set this up?

Easiest way is to click and drag your .ffs_batch fiels to the RTS window and it will autofill the folders to watch and the command to run.

If that's your status, start by taking the Tutorials,
and pay special attention to the ones on Batch Jobs and RealtimeSync.

I watched the tutorial about real time sync and it just says to drag the batch file in the field.
Then i open the batch jobs tutorial and it says "lets start with opening an excisting freefile sync configuration file.... But I dont have that!??

Open FFS, select source, destination, and settings. Click button for "save as batch job". That file it saves is the batch files you can drag to RTS

And what should I use to let it do what I want? Mirror? Or Two Way? My E: drive needs to be an exact copy of my D:
I've tried something already, it now seems to run and is making a copy of my D.
But I dont know still if everything is set okey. If I run RTS with windows startup, will it run automaticly, so would it detect a new file or changed file right away?
