E-Mail notification address

Hi,
The PC, where FreeFileSync is installed has the external Internet access blocked. Which address do I have to unblock in order to use the E-Mail notification?

I unlocked the address (https://api.freefilesync.org/email_notify; http://api.freefilesync.org/email_notify) but it comes up with this error:

Now it comes up with this error:

This should do it:
A: Starting with IE 7.0, server certificate revocation checking is enabled by default. You can disable this feature by clicking Internet Options on the Tools menu, selecting the Advanced tab, and clearing the Check for server certificate revocation check box, as Figure 1 shows. You need to restart IE in order for this setting to take effect.
