We are using FFS to perform a storage migration of our home directories. For some reason even though the Copy DACL, SACL, owner, group checkbox is set.
When doing an update is there a way to have the permissions applied after the initial transfer has been done?
I am using a Domain Admin account to do the transfer and it has Full Control rights on both the source and destination.
Not at all clear as to why they rights were not transferred.

That question was just posted in another thread! Still up in the air as to how FFS works, hopefully Zenju can pop in and enlighten us
