backup/sync all subfolders

Goodmorning everyone! I have a wd mycloud ext2 ultra and i want to sync its content to another computer. The problem is that it is public and everyone can create edit or add folders and files. Sync doesnt seem to automatically synchronise subfolders each time something is added. What can i do? I believe adding evey simple subfolder can't be the solution

First, take the time to view the Video Tutorials

Did you have configured FFS to do a sync?

Post the configuration here, use copy and paste or post a screenshot.

Sounds like you want continuous syncing. Read the manual, look into RTS
