RealTimeSync: Exclude subfolders from monitoring

Hello,
I want to monitor file changes in two folders, so I set them up as to be monitored. But RTS also monitors all subfolders of these two folders. Is there a way to restrict monitoring to the two root folders?

Thank you for your answer.
My problem is not that RTS syncs to many folders - as explained I have set only two and of course I could split them in two instances - but that RTS monitors all subfolders, too. I only want changes to be monitored in the named folders, not in any of the subfolders.

Edit: If someone with the same question comes around:
FolderChangesView from Nirsoft can do that job. It is more complicated to configure but more flexible.
