Trouble syncing CD card in Android phone

I try to updatre files from my PC to an SD card in my Android phone.
But I keep getting these errors (do not get them with the phones internal storage):

Feilkode 0x80004005: Uspesifisert feil [IPortableDeviceProperties::SetValues]

Seems like an error renaming or moving the file...

Also get errors about setting the date (but then at least the files are copied)

I suggest using USB Tethering and a FTP Connection.
This works way more reliable and even faster than MTP.

I've used FTP Server from Playstore to set this up. For smaller backups you could even sync using your Wifi network instead of the USB Tethering. However USB Tethering is way faster for me.

I think maybe I found the reason for the "Error 0x80004005: Unspecified error [IPortableDeviceProperties::SetValues] error when updating files on the phone.
The phone keeps deleted files in a Trashcan.
And then you cannot create new files (or folders) with the same name.
So empty the trashcan (or turn off the feature) before updating files from PC.
