multiple base folders conflict

Hi,
since I added a second folder to my backup, I always receive an alert for all the files in this specific folder:

Some files will be synchronised as part of multiple base folders.
To avoid conflicts, set up exclude filters so that each updated file is included by only one base folder.

/Volumes/Alessio-LaCie/LIGHTROOM-ALESSIO 💾 import/G2022/General/AM1_7752.CR3
/Volumes/Alessio-LaCie/LIGHTROOM-ALESSIO/import 👓 G2022/General/AM1_7752.CR3

These are the rules:

The only way to get rid of this warning is to delete the IMPORT folder on the backup side.

I've read some old discussions and read there was a recent fix for this bug (I have the latest version of the software). What's wrong with my rules?

Is the warning message unclear in some way?

Well, if I'm asking maybe it's not clear enough why this should be a problem and I don't know how to set the rule properly.
By the way, never mind, I've fixed the issue by moving the folder.

I was trying to work with you to get the message improved. But that requires you to tell in which way the message is or parts are unclear...
