I want to sync from local hard drive to external drive but I get this error.
anyone knows what to do ?

What is this (or is this) a "cloud" that you are backing up to?

At the time of the error, are you able to access that could by other means?

Looks like the file is in OneDrive but is not yet stored on your computer locally. You need to disable the option that saves space on your PC by downloading on demand
