The problem started couple months ago (at least 2 version back).
Quite often/but not always, when syncing with gdrive, the routers traffic up ability goes down completely or almost completely. Only way to restore it back is restarting the router.
Had issues with two different routers
The router is stable, normally can be online nonstop for 6 months or more with no problem.
The problem happens only when using ffs uploading to gdrive.
I even disabled parallel file operation hopping it would help, no improvement.
Anybody else have similar problem? Any remedy?
Running it on windows 10
FFS "kills" my router

This isn't exactly what I have experienced but might be similar.
Are you running on Wi-Fi?
If so, to debug the situation, try to limit the amount of TCP connections you have (the amount of active connections being sent to the router by programs on the computer) -usually closing your web browser and waiting a minute will be enough.

My suspicion is directed at the same direction. Connections are made but not dropped, then the router runs out of memory. At least that's my guess.
I'm connected through wire/Ethernet,even restarting the pc doesn't help . Only rebooting the router fixes the problem for a while.
I will take a closer look at amount TCP connections etc.
Its was a sneaky problem first time it happened, while internet downloading is working fine at full normal speed, the broken upload ability in not as noticeable in normal web use, the internet connection seems ok and you scratch your head over why FFS cant sync with gdrive lol

When it breaks, can you move files to/from gdrive - (with some other application, Windows Explorer perhaps?) outside of FFS?

The routers ability to upload data gets crippled, until reboot. No matter how the traffic goes, ether through Ethernet or wifi, the up traffic is broken. Downloading is fine, full speed. When it breaks, can you move files to/from gdrive - (with some other application, Windows Explorer perhaps?) outside of FFS? therube, 05 Dec 2022, 17:29
I can access gdrive with browser, but hence the upload broken, same issue.
It seems to only happen when syncing to gdrive with ffs. Maybe its windows or google related, hard to say.
The router been always stable. And been syncing with google for couple years with no problem until recently.
