The recycle bin is not available for {enter file path here}

Getting the following error when running Realtime sync.

The recycle bin is not available for "F:\_HCI".
ERROR_PATH_NOT_FOUND: The system cannot find the path specified. [IRecycleBinManager::WillRecycle]
Ignore and delete permanently each time recycle bin is unavailable?

Any ideas as to what needs to be done to resolve this issue?

I'm also getting the following error
Command ""C:\Program Files\FreeFileSync\FreeFileSync.exe" C:\Users\print.manager\Documents\HCISYNC.ffs_batch" failed.

but I think it's related to the recycle bin issue.
