Hello,
I am synchronizing two network drives, setting them to compare in the "Two Way" direction. However, the majority of the files are marked with a symbol that appears to resemble a blizzard, indicating that FreeFileSync is unable to determine which side to synchronize.
Is there a way to select all files displaying the "blizzard" status and simultaneously change their synchronization direction from "right to left"?
The following message appears:
"Cannot determine sync-direction: No change since last synchronization."
Thank you for your time!

If you want to change the sync Action, try defining a suitable Custom sync variant.

Thank you Plerry, is it possible to change all files with "blizzards" to "Update Left Item" without clicking on each file of my 37.000 blizzard marked files?

it doesnot provide direct feature to bulk change. u may need to manually update them or explore scripting options within FreeFileSync if available.

Create a custom sync config like he said previously. If you want to change the sync Action, try defining a suitable Custom sync variant. Plerry, 30 Nov 2023, 06:54
You can also use the filters to only show these 'blizzard' conflicts, CTRL-A to select all, then manually select an action from the middle column

for Windows:
Select the files with "blizzard" symbol or (use Control + A to select all) -> right Click -> Set Direction (right or left)
By this you can simultaneously change the direction for all files with blizzard symbol
