Setup a 1 way mirror sync on version 13 (latest) and I am just timing out.
There is app data this is trying to save as well it seems here in the screenshot so not sure if that is the first or last thing the software is trying to do.

Maybe that file is locked while FFS is running, creating a deadlock.
You could try excluding the FFS directory or enabling 'copy locked files' for FFS
