No, you can use software to get NTFS on Mac, you can use software for HFS+/APFS on Windows, you can use SMB shares, you can set up an FTP server, or use exFAT. There are probably more options also.

Thanks. I understand there are software available but I wanted a simple setup. What I really wanted to know if FFS can do it natively in app.

The underlying OS's file system should not matter, so long as you can communicate between the various systems.

So if you can set up a share between Mac & Windows, FFS should be able to see it & "just work".
