Endless copy cycle

Hello, I'm having problems syncing my files (Mirror) and I hope someone here can help me. As can be seen in the image attached, the files in the folder to be mirrored all have the timestamp 31/12/1979 23:00:00 (I have no idea why), but, when they are copied to destination folder, the timestamp changes to 01/01/1980 00:00:00. So, because the files are not the same anymore, every time I reboot my pc all the files in this folder sync again, although they are exactly the same besides the time stamp. Does anyone know why the timestamp of the copied files isn't the same as the original one? The destination folder is in an external drive with the exFAT file system, maybe that could be the problem? Thank you for the help

exFAT only supports back to 01-01-1980
You need to fix the timestamps or switch to content compare, but that will extend sync time drastically

Thank you. Changed the timestamps and it's fixed :)
