Cannot rename file ][ (Antonio.A’s head ache times about 15,000 files)

I have been working hard on organizing my music library. I found a program called Advance Renamer to remove & replace the Unicode special characters, the accent characters such as the ‘ ñ, ã, é’, and to standardize the file name in to an actual ‘TITLE’ name. Process is to replace all special characters, convert file names to all lower chase, then change them into a ‘Title Name’ by capitalizing the first letter of each word.
I did around 40,000 names (not all needed the change but there were a lot). Worked great, and I used freeFileSync to update all my back up copies (that also worked great). Then Today I decided to update my phone (android). I have it set up with SSH Server. It deleted a few files, moved and copied a few files then BAM DEAD STOP. Error cannot rename file. I have it set up to auto retry after 35 seconds, because the SD card starts to overheat with so much data to transfer. Well, it’s now stopping at each file attempting to rename the file with the same name just different case. At least that’s what I think is happening. IF that is not the case then something else happened. I do not remember it ever doing this before, so maybe it’s something that got changed in an update or something….
Anyone else out there ever encounter this type of thing? Did you get it to work? If so, how did you do it? Is there some sort of setting I can enable to override this? Any way to delete the old phone file and simply replace it using FreeFileSync’s db or something. I don’t know, I’m not even ½ done with renaming the music library and if there is no work around I would have to delete my SD card, slow and takes a very long time. It’s close to a TB of data.
I am open to, and welcome any idea’s on how to get this to work.
