similar files not being recognized from left or right

Manually uploaded files into cloud storage (hetzner), when comparing results it says results exist in left side or right side only, when clearly files are there, same result with file size, and file size and time.

I manually did this:
Folder A, B, C -> copy into cloud -> Folder A, B, C

Now, the two screenshots you see:
Folder A, B, C local copy
Folder A, B, C cloud copy

How are they incorrect because I am not following?

But let me try adding adding and removing them see if that helps. Thanks.
