How to exclude files with a file size of 0?

Sometimes, some of my files are set to a size of 0. Is there a way to exclude size 0 files from the backup?

The files are all from inside my Obsidian folder. https://obsidian.md/

Some of the files are 0KB and the timestamp of the backup files are often the same (!) as of the files with 0kb. I don't want to overwrite.

I don't want to say,that FFS or Obsidian is the cause, I only want to find out, why are some files set to 0 KB file size.
