Turning off notification sound and screen for one batch job from RTS

I have several different batch jobs saved. Some are triggered by Task Manager and some I just run manually when I need them.

There is one specific batch job that I trigger by RealTimeSync. For just this job-Is there any way to turn off the notification sound and avoid opening the FFS window that tracks the compare and sync results?

I want the window and notification to stay for the rest of the batch jobs, just not the one triggered by RTS. I don't see an option under Synchronization Settings for this batch job, just the one under Tools/Options, which appears to control all jobs.

When you save it as a batch config, there is a checkbox to run minimized
