no recognizing stuff changing

I synced a ehdd with a pc.

i take the ehdd and mirror to a mac and sync between those fine

but now when i make changes on pc, and try to sync to the mac with the ehdd in between it is all messed up when i use Two-Way comparison of File Contents. It just wants to copy the moved files and doesnt recognize the moved files so there are duplicates now everywhere.

When I do Compare with File Time and Size, it doesn't delete the deleted stuff either. this wasnt between daylight savings time

I don't really understand this stuff. I just thought i push a button and it works.

When I read the fine print it even says "Most notably, certain file moves on FAT file systems cannot be detected." Damn, I set my EHDD to EXFAT because between Mac and PC.
