A question;

It is possible that if two people from two different computers perform a mirror synchronization at the same time. Potentially duplicate folders, I've been twice and I think this is the problem.

Thank you so much

Not clear what you mean. Do those two different computers run Mirror syncs to a file-server? Or to each other?
If those two computers run Mirror syncs to a file-server, you should make sure that those two computers write their mirror syncs to non-overlapping shares or folders on the file-server.
If those two computers write mirror sync to each other, make sure the mirror destinations do not overlap the (other computer's) source.

Let me explain, these computers perform a mirror synchronization from the server to each of the computers. Obviously in local folders on each computer.
The question is, can this cause some duplication on the server?

How would it cause duplicates on the server if they are both copying from the server
