I'm trying to backup C:\Windows\Fonts and I get this message:
Cannot write file "C:\Windows\Fonts\sync.ffs_lock".
ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED: Access is denied. [CreateFile]
Is there a way around this?

Run as Administrator
Do you have custom fonts you are trying to back up? If not, just exclude the folder. Backing up anything in the Windows directory seems odd to me in the first place as it wouldn't be helpful if someone would be trying to restore their OS/computer. An imaging solution would be better for that
