Black Folders Meaning?

What does it mean when folders are shown in black in overview?

Good question! Mine are also black, but I don't think it means anything. It's either a bug or a design choice.
Suggestion for Zenju: If a location in a folder pair is missing, maybe this black icon could be there specifically to indicate that? Yellow folders for the locations that are present

My folders are normally yellow so I thought black indicates some kind of issue but I couldn't find anything mentioned anywhere. I think this needs documenting in the user manual.

Black is the color for the top level folders of a folder pair. Therefore they only occur when you're using multiple folder pairs.
