will only sync 7.8G of 24g

Hi,
Have been using Freefilesync happily for a few years, updating from laptop to My Cloud Home.
It has been downloading my windows 'documents' folder.
Last week, it started not syncing all the folder. The folder is 24G but it only does 7.9G.
looking at the info, it is clear that it is missing a whole lot of folders within the folder.
I have checked the source and destination =addresses, deleted program and reinstalled, ( a few times) but no joy!
Any advice?
Please keep simple as I am not a computer wizz.

So is "cloud" now your source?
And "documents" is the target?
Just what are your source & target directory locations.

Include/Exclude filter settings?

What do the logs show?

the source is documents on c drive of my laptop, and target is on Z drive, which is my home cloud. BTW I am doing an 'update'.

I have just, somehow, sorted out the issue. I don't know how, but for now its working.
