Does Freefile Sync have the ability to copy (update) OneDrive's "Personal Vault" (password protected)?
I have manually opened "Personal Vault" then sync it works.
But when using FreefileSync without manually doing this prcedure it sometimes show red x error then click a few more times then says updated. I am unsure what to trust at this point.
Please advise anyone.

The personal vault has to be unlocked to see the data inside. FFS does not have the ability to unlock the personal vault on it's own, I don't think Microsoft has created any way for any third party to do that. The reason it 'syncs' after clicking it a few times is probably because it can't see the source data in the personal vault, so it is likely deleting it from the destination.
