Recycle bin and secure data_verzovanie

Good day. I am asking for information on how to set the program so that it does not move deleted files during versioning to several bins:
1) the directory for archiving in the NAS is password protected
2) I have created the KOS Free File directory in it - it stores files that are deleted during versioning
3) these files can be found in the original Recycle Bin - Volume_1 (\\NAS) and also in the created kosffs bin directory - I was forced to create it due to problems with access to Recycle Bin - Volume_1 of other non-password users during archiving.
It is annoying when other users with normal access can fish out my deleted data from the trash, which became accessible in the trash from the password-protected directory.

You can switch to permanent deletions or have the versioning location also be set up in a way that prevents users from getting to it
