After upgrade, modal "about" dialog is behind FFS window

This has been happening for many versions.

After an upgrade, on the FIRST startup, there is a modal "about" dialog shown, but it is IMMEDIATELY covered by a full-screen FFS window. Nothing works on the FFS window. I can only minimize the window, click "close" on the about dialog, then return to FFS.

Expected behavior is to have the FFS window painted first, then the about dialog shown ON TOP so we can close it.

Didn't get a chance to test that version (the beta is gone now) but wanted to say that the actual v12.3 still has the problem...
