No Realtimesync with FTP or SFTP

Hello to all here..
I want to sync my local directory with a web server.
It also works via Freefilesync because I only want to have the LOCAL page verified and then want to transfer changes to the web server.
With Realtimesync I loaded the batch version and get the error that Realtimesync would not work with FTP or SFTP.. WHY??

Because FTP doesn't support monitoring. You can simply remove the FTP location from the RTS configuration if you don't need to monitor changes on it
