Hello,
After I upgraded to a different router., I have a USB drive connected where I synch my desktop hard drives to the USB drive. However, the synch will do the .mkv file but not the .srt or .jpg file.
I get these errors, see attachments.
What is going on?
Regards, Dean.

Hi, @dehinson
First off, you have I think a new tp-link router? If yes, there is new firmware on their www. First, make sure you are running the most current firmware on the router.
This is what I found: Archer AX11000(US)_V1.6_1.3.2 Build 20221128
Second, you have a drive letter mapped for I:\My Movies and you are using UNC for the router hard drive.
Try mapping the router drive to a disk letter. No \\ just another letter.
See if that helps, and that you can copy those same files manually via explorer.
Leo.
